Orders are limited to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in their jurisdiction. By ordering you affirm the products are for in-vitro laboratory research only — not for human or animal consumption.

Checkout shows the payment methods currently available, including Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and Bitcoin where enabled. A card-payment request is not an immediate card charge; follow the instructions shown at checkout. ACH and wire transfer are not currently supported. All prices are in US dollars.

Yes. Verified purchasers can request a free Certificate of Analysis after the order ships, matched to the lot number on their vial. Use the COA policy page to request it and follow your request status. Institutional buyers can contact us in writing for procurement review.

We ship nationwide across the United States from our Permian Basin (Odessa, TX) facility. Local same-day delivery is available across the Permian Basin service area.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff typically ship the same business day. Standard US delivery is 2–4 business days; overnight is available at checkout. Local Permian Basin orders can arrive same-day.

Yes — temperature-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging with cold packs when appropriate. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier, so please receive shipments promptly and move vials to appropriate laboratory storage on arrival.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened vials once an order has shipped.

Email support@primexcompounds.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact support@primexcompounds.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel or modify it. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled.

Yes. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and pickup is free — no shipping charge at all. Pickup hours are Weekdays 8 AM–10 PM, weekends 9 AM–10 PM Central, and addresses within about 100 miles of Odessa are eligible. The exact pickup address is sent to you once your order is paid.

Yes. Same-day hand delivery across Odessa, Midland and the wider Permian Basin. Orders placed before 2 PM Central on a business day are typically delivered the same day; later orders go out the next business morning. Our routes also cover Gardendale, Stanton, Big Spring, Crane, Monahans, Kermit, Lamesa.

We email you when your paid order is ready, including the pickup address and hours. You can also check payment status, pickup-ready notices and tracking in the customer portal. Bring your order number when collecting.

Yes. Open the customer portal with your customer account, or enter the email used on your order to receive a one-time code. Your orders, sent carts, pickup details and invoices are all available there.
